It’s official, I have been given the clearance to go tour Aflac Japan.  This just happens to correspond with the trip I wanted to take to Japan anyways.

I have always wanted to go, but I have always felt really selfish,  wanting to take a trip that took up so much money.  Money that could be used on other things, like fixing up our home or other things, you know.  But it has always been my dream to go.  I finally realized that I need to take some time to do things for myself and go because it might never happen.  Also, one only lives once, so do what you want before you die, right?  So I have set up a chipin widget:

Which, this is more for myself than anything to keep an eye on how much I have in savings to go.  I couldn’t find a chart to keep track of this — and everyone knows how much I love charts.  So this was the next best thing.  So, for awhile this will be on the side bar so I can keep an eye on myself and keep myself focused on my goals.
